Veggie Seaweed Wrap

Veggie Seaweed Wrap Ready to be Rolled

If you find yourself looking for a quick, easy and nutritious meal that'll leave you feeling full, then this is the recipe for you.

What You Need:
-Seaweed Sheet
-Diced Zucchini
-Diced Cucumbers
-Diced Tomatoes
-Avocado Slice
-Olive Oil
-Lemon Wedge
-Herb Sprinkle (Salt, Garlic, Tellicherry Black Pepper, Basil, Oregano, Rosemary, Thyme, and Majoram)

What You Do:
1) Heat up a pan with oil over medium heat, lightly sauté the diced zucchini and diced tomatoes together until the zucchini is soft (still want a little crunch to it for this one)
2) Take the pan off heat
3) Put a sheet of seaweed on a plate
4) On one end of the seaweed, create a bed of sprouts
5) Add sautéed zucchini and tomatoes to the bed of sprouts
6) Add diced cucumbers on top of that followed by the avocado slice
7) Squeeze lemon wedge juice on top of everything
8) Sprinkle on the herb sprinkle
9) Roll up the seaweed, creating a sandwich
10) Enjoy!

There you have it, a quick, easy, delicious, filling and very enjoyable meal that can be made in under 20 minutes. Boom!
